FACT Bucks County does not give directly to those in need. FACT funds are dispersed through social agencies and are made available to all HIV and AIDS related residents of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties. FACT funds are used to provide services that are not normally covered by insurance or other support organization such as:

• Medical/Prescription/Counseling expenses
• House Expenses
• Utilities
• Personal Care Expenses
• Transporation Expenses
• Funeral Expenses

In order to obtain any funds which FACT has donated to these acencies, we recommend that you do the contact Family Services of Bucks County.

How Our Funds Are Dispursed…

1. Apply to Social Service Agency, i.e. Family Services of Bucks County, Fisherman's Mark of Lambertville, NJ. This can be for emergency servie only or to avail yourself of their services. This can be a one time only request - as little or as much as needed.
2. Social Service Agency contacts FACT Bucks County for emergency assistance.
3. Committee from FACT Bucks County approves the request based upon anonymous information supplied by the social service agency.
4. Check is issued directly to the supplier of the service, i.e, mortgage company, phone company, utilities company, insurance company, auto repair service, etc.
5. Check is sent through the social service agency and the service is paid for.
